Prices

All prices shown in the website exclude VAT (22%).

Payment terms

You can pay us by using Bank transfer payment
Bank transfer payment is where you deposit the funds into our bank account, using phone or bank transfering, internet banking, phone banking, or by manually depositing the funds into our account.
At the moment we DO NOT accepting credit cards or Paypal payment method!.

Deliveries

We delivery the products to you at your doorstep by Courier.

Working Time

Customers can place orders for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our working time is from 8:30AM to 15:00PM, Monday to Friday.
Our delivery time is from Monday to Friday.
Normally, an order will be sent out in the next business day.
Products will be normally delivered to you within 4-5 days, based on your location.

Back orders

If an item is temporarily out of stock we will retain all items on back order until we can dispatch the entire order.
False orders

All attempts to place false orders or attempts to deceive will be reported to the local police authority.

Complaints

If you wish to return faulty goods please e-mail office@economic-export.com., include full details of the problem and your invoice number. You will receive further instructions by e-mail. You must make your complaint as soon as possible from the delivery of the goods.


By ordering from www.economic-export.com  you give permission for us to add you to our Mailing list to receive our Special offers, we have a safe unsubscribe policy. From time to time will email directly about a particular offer, should you not wish to receive these offer's please contact us via email on office@economic-export.com
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel an order without reason within 7 working days after you receive the goods (does not apply to business to business transactions). A valid Return number is required for all returns to Economic commerce. We cannot accept any return that does not have a valid Return number clearly printed on the outside of the package.

You can request a Return number by sending an e-mail to office@economic-export.com . Quote your invoice number and/or your customer name and describe the reason for return in detail. Customer Support will e-mail you a Return number and instructions on how to proceed.
Please remember you must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, goods returned damaged or used will not be accepted. Return carriage is to be payed by you, and the goods must be in original packaging. You return the goods on your own risk

Warranty
Economic commerce guarantees that our products are working as intended and do not damage your printer/copier. If the product is not working as intended we will replace it free of charge. Your warranty on the printer/copier will not be affected whether you are using a compatible or an original cartridge.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia. Thus, contracts between you and Economic-export shall be governed by Slovenian Law.
